Shipping Policy

Dispatch Times
All orders placed on weekdays before 12:30pm Melbourne time are dispatched on the same day*. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be dispatched on the next business day.

Shipping Regions
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping Method & Delivery
We use Team Global Express courier for all shipments. All parcels require a signature on delivery. Our standard shipping time is overnight for both Australia and New Zealand, ensuring your order arrives quickly and securely.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are $17.90 + GST per order.

*During periods of high order volume, dispatch may be delayed by one business day.

If stock is unavailable to fulfil your order at the time of purchase, the dispatch period may be extended. This includes pre-orders and back orders.
