At Searay, we take pride in the quality of our jewellery and stand behind our workmanship.
Warranty Coverage
All products supplied by Searay are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects at the time of supply and produced to industry standards.
Warranty Period
This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of invoice, not from the date sold to your customer.
Covered Under Warranty
• Soldering defects
• Structural defects in metal
• Loose or missing stones due to manufacturing fault
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• General wear and tear
• Bent, crushed, or misshapen items
• Chain breakage due to force or misuse
• Scratching, denting, or thinning over time
• Stone loss due to impact or wear
• Chemical damage or discolouration
• Repairs or alterations by third parties
This warranty does not cover:

• Any item that has been repaired, resized, soldered, engraved, modified, altered, or otherwise worked on by the customer or a third party. Searay can only warrant products that have not been altered from their original condition. Any unauthorised modification will void this warranty.
Warranty Resolution
At Searay’s discretion, we will:
• Repair the item free of charge or at charge that will be communicated to you promptly
• Replace the item free of charge or at charge that will be communicated to you promptly
• Issue a credit at gold waste or purchase price
Returns Process
When returning any product/s please ensure that you fill our “Returns Form” which includes information that will help us streamline your return. If we have any questions we may contact you to gather more information.
All items must be assessed by Searay prior to approval. Please allow 14 days for the parcel to be received and assessed.
Claim Timeframe
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of identifying the fault.

This warranty is provided in addition to rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
